Auto-built wiki

Concepts emerge from what you save

Pith reads your bookmarks in the background and identifies recurring concepts — people, frameworks, regulations, technologies. Each concept gets a wiki page with citations back to the source bookmarks.

In short

Pith reads your bookmarks in the background and auto-builds a cited wiki of concepts — you never author a page; every claim links back to its source.

In the app: /wiki

What it gives you

No authoring required

Concepts are extracted automatically. You don't write wiki pages — Pith writes them from what you've already saved.

Cited back to sources

Every claim on a wiki page links to the bookmark it came from. Click a citation to re-read the source.

Skip-domain rules

Configure which domains are wiki-worthy (you don't want a Notion or GitHub link generating a wiki page). Settings → AI agent.

How it works

  1. 1

Save bookmarks normally — extension, RSS, or paste.

  2. 2

The heartbeat agent runs in the background and processes the new content.

  3. 3

Visit /wiki to see concept pages emerge — usually within an hour of saving.

FAQ

Do I have to write the wiki myself?

No. Pith's agent reads your saved bookmarks in the background and writes concept pages for you — people, frameworks, regulations, technologies — automatically.

Is every claim sourced?

Yes. Every wiki page cites the bookmarks it was built from; click a citation to re-read the original source.

How is this different from Notion or Confluence?

Those reward authoring; Pith rewards reading. The wiki is an output of what you saved, not a document you maintain by hand.

How quickly does a new concept page appear?

Usually within an hour of saving — the background heartbeat agent processes new bookmarks and creates or updates the relevant concept pages.

What stops low-value links from creating wiki pages?

Skip-domain rules. You configure which domains are wiki-worthy (e.g. exclude GitHub or Notion links) under Settings → AI agent.

Can the wiki be queried by my AI assistant?

Yes — the wiki is exposed over MCP, so Claude, Cursor, or claude.ai can read and cite your concept pages directly.

Is my wiki private to my workspace?

Yes. Each workspace has its own logical database; cross-workspace reads are impossible at the SQL level, not just permission-gated.
